•I very often disappear due to hectic life circumstances and physical/mental health problems,
just a heads-up
(due to this, my turnaround time could be anything from a few days to multiple months)
•I don't do regular commissions by oc description, please provide at least one clear reference
(you can always commission a custom character design beforehand tho!)
•I do birthday discounts!
If your birthday is coming up, you can provide proof of it and gain a 20% discount <3 you may claim this a week before and after your birthday, and use it on commissions, bases and adoptables, available in bulk too
•you can request a specific date for completion
(within two days cost 70% more, and within a week 20%)
•I do private commissions for additional 20% fee of the commissioned piece
(if you wanted to commission multiple pieces that you don't want me to post anywhere, each will cost 20% more)
•if you order a custom character, you can ask me to redesign an already existing character/draw the character as another species - please make sure to ask the original designer for approval before committing to buy a new look
•full prepayment over Paypal via invoice - or full payment after a heavily watermarked sketchMY RIGHTS AS AN ARTIST
•I reserve all rights to my artworks, meaning I can post them on any and as many platforms I wish to advertise my work on (private commissions excluded)
•I have the rights to decline your commission for whatever reasonCOMMISSIONER RIGHTS
•You are allowed to post your commission on any platform, with my watermark staying on the picture
•you can use the commissioned piece for commercial use, with proper credit given (just put "art by LEZIFIED" somewhere visible and that is enough)
•refunds can be requested after paying - you will get back the amount you paid, minus the price for the work that has been already done
•you are able to request changes during the sketch phase (and during the coloring phase ONLY IF I have misdrawn some parts on your character) - later on if you'd like any changes or different versions, that will cost extra
•you can request character change before I start working on your commission, but if you decide to switch in-between, then it will cost you extraCHARACTER DESIGN TERMS
•if you obtain a character design made by me via trading/buying/for art/gifting/raffle (on Toyhouse by LEZIFIED/Lizerke/LeziBoo), you receive the rights to use them commercially and sell them for whatever amount you want to sell them for
•you are allowed to instantly sell/trade/gift away the design you obtained that's been made by me
•you are not required to have a Toyhouse account to own my designs, but it is preferred so I can follow the ownership without bothering anyone
•you can private the designs on Toyhouse, but I would appreciate if I could receive character keys to them so I can follow them
this is especially important because I do a lot of designs and I might forget about the one you made private, and I might upload them again - which would only lead to chaos, so please make it easy for both of us </3
•since the design will be yours, you are allowed to delete their Toyhouse profiles, but credit me as the designer if you re-upload them anywhere else and make sure to let me know about this beforehand
•you are allowed to make alternative forms, color changes, even edits on the original design's image - however, you must keep the original image too and keep LEZIFIED/Lizerke as the original designer
(you are allowed to add yourself/other artists as additional designer(s) after the design has been edited)When I'm offering art for a character, I prefer to do artworks in the worth of the character - my price list is specifically created the way to fit that form.ART TRADE TERMS
•if you asked me for an art trade, then I will not start my part until you showed me a sketch of your part - then I'll show a sketch of my part and you show more progress after, then me, and so on until we both finish our parts

-you can use my bases for personal or non-personal usage - customs, adoptables and YCHs too, go make some profit off of 'em for yourself (even with F2U bases, yes) ✨
-you can NOT repost my bases' files for any reason; if you do so, you'll get a warning to delete them from your profile - however, if you don't cooperate, you'll be put on my blacklist
-you must credit me if you use my bases, or link back straight to the used base
